Almost a year has passed since Pret A Diner, the pop-up-restaurant-with-a-twist, first took over the Alte Münze in Berlin with their sensational “Melting Pot”. Now they’ve returned to the former State Mint with “In the Mix”, a showcase of all that’s new and exciting in the world of innovative gastronomy. Instead of coins, they will be forging unforgettable dining experiences with food from the likes of Tim Raue and Adam Byatt, art from the Circleculture Gallery, cocktails from Cookie, and music and entertainment from a host of live acts and DJs.

We particularly liked the “Holy Merkel” mural covering the wall downstairs in Cookies cage; Portugese street artist Vhils created the larger-than-life image of the German Chancellor using drills and explosives.
